As our customer base is growing and flash drive volume is getting bigger, we are establishing a new delivery hub in the United States and looking for a Support Assistant to manage operations there. As a part of our customer service, we record data for customers on flash drives and send it out worldwide by express delivery service from our offices in the United States.

As a Support Assistant, you would assist the Customer Support Team remotely with recording the flash drives and sending them with delivery services. The procedures are pretty simple, but we are looking for someone highly reliable since it is a stand-alone role (all your colleagues will be in remote access).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Timely insertion and ejection of flash drives for recording controlled remotely by the team
  • Flash drive recording
  • Preparing a parcel with flash drives and sending it by courier service (DHL, FedEx, TNT)
  • Shipment control
  • Stock replenishment of blank flash drives and stationery
  • Full and immediate execution of instructions, prompt reaction to tasks received
  • Prompt answering the team, staying in touch all the time
  • In due course of time, accepting the duty of preparation of protection of flash drives against data copy
  • Assistance in administrative tasks
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Eligible to be officially employed in the United States
  • Advanced MS Windows skills (minor software and hardware troubleshooting with remote support from IT Helpdesk)
  • Readiness for performing routine tasks
  • Flexibility with working hours on-demand of the team and readiness for paid overtime hours – even the readiness to work on a weekend in case of urgency
  • Responsibility, duty performance, punctuality, sense of urgency, commitment to excellent tasks execution
  • Can-do attitude, high responsiveness, and promptness in obeying
  • High self-discipline, job autonomy, self-management
  • Attention to detail, scrupulousness
  • Proven forethought – is an advantage

  • Previous administrative or courier/delivery experience will be a plus
