We are looking for an accomplished and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team in Spain. Your main objective will be to take care of clients in the post-sales process, renew and maximize client experience. You will be a confident communicator, delivering success and innovation to your clients. The role is remote, but you would be required to sometimes have face-to-face meetings with our clients in Madrid.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Research, study new clients, and identifying their expected value from the productConduct kick-off (onboarding) training for new clientsEngage with clients through their product journey and ensuring appropriate experience to increase adoption and retentionRenew and upgrading subscriptions of clients according to customer’s current needSupport clients through email/phone when your client has a question or a concernConduct exit interviews with churned clientsMonitor clients activity in VDR, identifying potential issues in advance and addressing them with your client to keep client satisfaction on a high levelConduct regular check-ins to probe your client for additional needs and assist with possible issuesPromote the referral program by securing satisfied client reviews and testimonials submittedDevelop Case study materials for Sales Executives useBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase client loyaltyReport to the Head of Customer SuccessManage Enterprise clients in cooperation with Business Development and Project Management Office Teams
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:Native Spanish and fluent English language skills3 and more years of work experience as customer success or customer relationship manager in EuropeAbility of successful work with C-level executives and business decision makersExperience helping businesses solve complex tasks, taking a lead position in the successEstablish partnership and able to explain the tool to different audiencesExpertise in aligning customer business goals with our solutionsPassion for international cooperation and professional development
