Customer Success Manager (France)

We are looking for an accomplished and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team in France. Your main objective will be to take care of clients in the post-sales process, renew and maximize client experience. You will be a confident communicator, delivering success and innovation to your clients.


  • Research, study new clients, and identify their expected value from the product
  • Conduct kick-off (onboarding) training for new clients
  • Engage with clients through their product journey and ensure an appropriate experience to increase adoption and retention
  • Renew and upgrade subscriptions of clients according to customer’s current need
  • Support clients through email/phone when your client has a question or a concern
  • Conduct exit interviews with churned clients
  • Monitor clients’ activity in VDR, identifying potential issues in advance and addressing them with your client to keep client satisfaction on a high level
  • Conduct regular check-ins to probe your client for additional needs and assist with possible issues
  • Promote the referral program by securing satisfied client reviews and testimonials submitted
  • Develop Case study materials for Sales Executives to use
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase client loyalty
  • Report to the Head of Customer Success
  • Manage Enterprise clients in cooperation with Business Development and Project Management Office Teams

  • Fluent in English and French language skills; Other languages are a plus
  • 3 and more years of work experience as a customer success or customer relationship manager in Europe
  • Proven successful track of building relations with C-level executives and business decision-makers
  • Background within the B2B industry, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience helping businesses solve complex tasks, taking a leadership position in the success
  • Establish partnerships and be able to explain the tool to different audiences
  • Expertise in aligning customer business goals with our solutions
  • Previous experience in guiding clients’ onboarding into the service
  • The revenue-driven mindset with a strong focus on clients’ happiness
