Business Development Manager – Brazil

As member of Latin America Business Development team, based in Sao Paulo, you will be responsible for pro-active prospecting, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities including acquisition of new customers and up-sell of existing accounts in coordination with Account Management team. Your territory of responsibility will include Brazil and other Latam countries. This is a front-line quota-carrying role assuming intensive sales activities and travel across the region. 

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of experience in direct sales or business development in B2B
  • Experience in selling product/services to C-level executives (advantage but not a must), decision makers and end-users
  • Experience in managing pipeline (50+ deals simultaneously) and high velocity sales (25+ won deals a year)
  • Wiliness to perform and experience in high velocity sales (engaging with 30-40 new customers every month, managing pipeline with 50+ opportunities, 100+ proactive sales activities a month on average)
  • Readiness to make cold calls and previous experience in it
  • University degree (Insper, FGV is a plus)
  • What is expected:

  • Deliver sales targets primarily through new customers acquisition and as well proactive development of pipeline opportunities at strategic accounts governed by the Account Management team
  • Structure, negotiate and close deals, major emphasis on closing strategic and high revenue deals
  • Execute the sales strategy for their region and provide feedback from the ground to the management
  • Proactively build and manage pipeline of deals and constantly provide insights and share iDeals thought leadership with customers
  • Deliver product presentations on one to one and one to many basis
  • Build relationships with key c-level stake holders and influencers in the industry on the assigned territory 
  • Fluent English and Spanish language
