In our São Paulo team, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager!

As a member of the LATAM Business Development team, based in São Paulo, you will be responsible for pro-active prospecting, qualification, and closing new sales opportunities, including acquiring new customers and up-selling existing accounts. Your territory of responsibility will include LATAM region countries. This is a front-line quota-carrying role assuming intensive sales activities and travel across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales targets primarily through new customers acquisition
  • Build relationships with critical c-level stakeholders and industry influencers on the assigned territory
  • Proactively develop pipeline opportunities at strategic accounts
  • Structure, negotiate and close deals with main focus high revenue deals
  • Execute the sales strategy for LATAM region and provide feedback from the ground to the management
  • Proactively build and manage the pipeline of deals
  • Consistently offer insights and share iDeals updates with customers
  • Deliver product presentations on one to one and one to many bases
  • Requirements

  • Portuguese and fluent English
  • 5+ years of experience in direct sales or business development in B2B
  • Experience in selling services to C-level executives, decision-makers and end-users
  • Experience in managing pipeline (50+ deals simultaneously) and high-velocity sales (25+ won deals a year)
  • A willingness to perform and experience high-velocity sales (engaging with 30-40 new customers every month, managing pipeline with 50+ opportunities, 100+ proactive sales activities a month on average)
  • Previous experience in cold calls. Ability to structure a pitch and make client discovery.
