We are looking for a professional Account Executive to join the United States team remotely. In this role, your main objective will be managing incoming requests from prospective clients across the United States and converting them into actual paying customers using different sales techniques.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Manage incoming requests (calls, emails, demo, live meetings) from prospects from the assigned territory;
  • Help customers to solve customer’s complex problems using iDeals’ modern internal tools and techniques;
  • Deliver high Lead-to-Deal conversion rate using effective sales techniques while staying compliant with sales processes;
  • Present the product to the prospects;
  • Collect and share market insights to improve the sales process;
  • Deliver the best in the market buying experience.
  • WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • BA/B.Soc.Sc. combined with 3+ yrs of experience in B2B sales (minimum);
  • Experience in selling productivity tools or services would be a significant advantage;
  • Experience selling to executive boards and nonprofit organizations a plus;
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills;
  • Driven to deliver the best customer experience;
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers;
  • Able to quickly process and assimilate new information (product/business and customer need);
  • Strong problem identification and objections handling skills;
  • Prior experience with using a CRM;
  • Ability to work and deliver results independently.
